A first glimpse of strange matter?

Strange as the world of quantum physics
might seem , the problem is that
all matter in the universe seems to be composed of just 2 of the 6
kinds of quarks. the up and the down.
Calculations suggest mixing next heaviest type / flavor should 
yield another family of stable particles - strange
matter-  that might exist in the such exotic crannies of the universe as the
interiors of
neutron stars.


Sift through beam of neutral particles, recorded sightings of lightest form of
strange matter H dibaryon (6q uarks, 2 are strange).


  U-U-D-D-S-S (H0) ---->  Neutron (U-D-D)
                        + Proton (U-U-D)
                        + Negative pion (!U-D)
                        + Gamma0 (U-S-D)

Death of the H, when one strange quark (S) changes into a down
quark, the H breaks up.
